Evan started Babe Ruth Baseball a few weeks ago. It keeps him pretty busy with games two nights a week. He loves it and we really enjoy going to watch him. He also is in basketball in Sartell two mornings a week. Here are a few pictures of him on his first day of baseball and basketball.
Some of you may have saw my post on facebook a few weeks back. Evan ran the Sartell kids 1K and came in 3rd out of 140 kids. We were so proud of him!! The race started at Sartell City Hall and ended on the walking path behind City Hall. Kyle brought him to the start and I waited at the finish line. The end of the race is on a wooded path, so we weren't able to see how the kids were doing. When I saw Evan round the corner and he was in 2nd place (someone caught up to him at the end) I could have cried. I soon became a psycho parent and was cheering my heart out. I still get tears in my eyes thinking about his determined little face running to that finish line He was pretty proud of himself and Kyle and I couldn't have been more proud:) And... The girls broke my camera, so I have NO pictures!!
