Our Easter best!!

We had a great Easter!! We started the day off at 6:45 a.m. The kids could hardly wait to see what the Easter Bunny brought them. Evan was a little disappointed to see that the Easter Bunny was unable to get him the trampoline he asked for. He told me that when he asked the Easter Bunny for the trampoline he nodded yes!! I explained that it was an expensive gift for the bunny to bring. He then told me that since Riley the neighbor kid asked for one too, it was probably too expensive to buy both of them one if the bunny wanted to be fair.
We headed to church at 8:30 a.m. We had to sit in last row, but the kids were really good until the last 10 minutes. Kyle had taken Evan to the bathroom and I had the girls. Olivia started screaming and Sydney yelled really loud "Are we going to Grandma's now!" As we were walking out of church a couple stopped us and asked us if it was our little girl that was so excited to go to Grandma's house.
We headed to my parents for lunch. The kids got more candy and toys from the bunny at Papa and Grandma's. We had an egg hunt, ate a lot, and took a nap. We headed to Kyle's parents for supper. They also got a visit from the bunny and the kids had another egg hunt.
Today I look forward to getting some stuff done around the house. This morning we are headed to Target so Evan can spend his gift card from Grandpa Mike and Grandma Shari. He is pretty excited and has been carrying it around since I told him we could go.
Tonight I have my last long run until the big day on Saturday. Most of you know that I have been training for The Earth Day Half Marathon. I am so excited and pretty proud of myself. There are a lot of people running, so come and cheer us on!!

What cute pictures! Easter looked pretty fantastic!!!

And more than anything, congrats on your awesome commitment to the run. I know you had to work long & hard to get where you are today. Good luck, unfortunately we won't be there this weekend to cheer you on. Seriously--kick some butt, and I want to hear how it goes, okay?!?!

Lotsa love! -jd.
